Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately respond to health care inquiries and provide resolutions
to TRICARE beneficiaries and providers through various
communication channels
Take ownership of customer inquiries and resolve issues on the
initial contact while meeting performance metrics
Document customer interactions in a CRM system and participate in
continuous training to enhance proficiency
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of customer service
experience
Proficient in navigating multiple screens or web browsers and able
to work independently in a remote environment
Availability to cover any work schedule between 8AM CT and 6PM
HT
Must have a private and secure workspace with high-speed
internet
Experience in a contact center, particularly with TRICARE customer
service and military connectedness, is preferred
