are seeking an equally passionate Inside Sales Manager who oversees
the daily operations in a growing department responsible for
converting high value leads into qualified opportunities for
Outside Sales.-- This individual is responsible for managing the
department holistically, including the dialer and other
technologies leveraged by this team. The Inside Sales Manager
should have specific experience with running high volume, fun
focused, contact centers.--
First year On-Target Earnings are $125,000 - $150,000
Essential Job Functions
Develop call scripts for inside sales support to use with lead
generation and qualification
Create team compensation structure and performance metrics
Maintain follow-up procedures to new clients correctly and initiate
them under minimal supervision
Position and sell the company products to customers
Develop, train and manage inside sales support team for technology
or software organizations
Competencies
Ability to prioritize work as well as meet tight deadlines, with a
positive attitude
Technical acumen and knowledge of organization's products
Ability to train others in telesales or telemarketing function
Ability to work in a fun and energizing team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service
skills required
Education/Experience
Min 5 years Previous Sales Management experience
Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing an inside
sales/telemarketing department or call center
Knowledge of solar energy field, preferred
Previous budgeting experience preferred
Salesforce experience is a plus
