seeking a Full-Time -Sales Analyst II. This is a work from home
position. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Reports to the Director, Sales
Metrics Planning & Analytics, the Sales Analyst is primarily
responsible for supporting territory, account, and key performance
metrics for business-to-business sales teams within Training
Services. S/he will be responsible for preparing, analyzing and
reporting results on large data sets extracted from a variety of
sources including Salesforce.com. The Analyst will develop methods
and strategies for assessing and reporting sales-related data in an
on-going effort to increase overall productivity. Under limited
supervision, provide quantitative and qualitative analysis and
decision support for business operations, planning and development,
and program/project activities covering areas such as business
development, human resources, finance, risk, administration, budget
management, business information systems, logistics and contracts.
Assist with determining requirements and translating them into
organizational plans. Typically develop information on budget
status, workforce level, equipment availability, and other business
unit capabilities. May perform certain operational activities on
behalf of business unit. Provide support, development and/or
leadership guidance to all volunteers.Perform all duties and
responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures
and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations.WHERE

- Develops data analysis frameworks that will support
daily/weekly/monthly operational reporting and executive
dashboards.
- Supports annual account mapping and quota setting.
- Responsible for accurate and timely delivery of monthly,
quarterly and annual sales productivity reporting and
analysis.
- Acts as a main point of contact to both line sales and
leadership for standardized and custom reports related to sales
results. Identifies data requirements for specific project or
report requests. Includes identifying data mapping and definitions
required to fulfill requests.
- Develops and maintains sales forecasts reports. Supports
business decisions by tracking past sales data and forecasting on
sales trends.
- Conducts standardized and custom client segmentation analyses
for all sales channels
- Works with internal partners (such as Finance & Senior
Leadership teams) to apply sales data to organizational
development.
- Collaborates with other functional areas (such as Marketing,
Product, Service Delivery and IT) to ensure all business analysis
and data reporting requests are fulfilled.Provide program planning
support through data analyses. Analyze possible solutions using
established policies and procedures. Conduct research, business
plan analyses and feasibility studies. Identify trends and develop
recommendations for issues of moderate complexity.1. May provide
support for projects and operations including, but not limited to,
analysis, reporting, market research, budget forecasting and
scheduling.2. May conduct risk, resource, cost-benefit, variance,
impact and/or other analyses of moderate complexity. May develop
metrics for, and monitor performance of business unit,
organization, initiatives, program/project, and/or business
operations.3. May develop modeling and reporting tools or other
systems for monitoring and analyzing performance or data
integrity.4. May coordinate certain operational support activities
on behalf of business unit such as business development, human
resources, administration, budget management, business information
systems, logistics and
contracts.----------------------Scope:Individual contributor that

skills/knowledge.----------------------*Standard Schedule- 8:00am
to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, *Pay Information: The salary range
for this position is $55,700-$61,290. Note that the American Red
Cross sets salary ranges aligned to a specific geographic location
in which the work is performed. The stated salary range in this
posting is an average. The specific salary information will be
shared at the time of phone screening based upon your location and
qualifications.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:WHAT WILL GIVE YOU THE
COMPETITIVE EDGE: Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and Alteryx
is a plus.Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required, and minimum 3 years of related
experience or equivalent combination of education and related
experience required. Management Experience: N/A. Combination of
candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements
so long as the total years equate to description's minimum years
combined.
- Related experience includes analytical or operational roles in
finance, analytics, operations, or salesSkills & Abilities:
- Ability to build & maintain complex models & databases that
perform analyses, organize data, and create reports from various
sources
- Experienced in analyzing business metrics and presenting
findings to senior leadership
- Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous requests of
varying size, scope, and priority
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work
independently and within a team environment.
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Ability to capture and document business and reporting
requirements from multiple sources.
- Expert knowledge of Excel (vlookups and pivot tables/charts a
must), Word, and PowerPoint & Salesforce.com. SQL, Alteryx, or
Access experience a plusTravel:
- May travel and participate in meetings and conferences. Ability
