A growing company in the outdoor cooking and specialty food category is seeking a Head of Retail & Brand Development to lead expansion into brick-and-mortar retail channels. Responsibilities Include: Lead expansion of the brand into retail and specialty store channels Build and manage relationships with retail buyers and distribution partners Identify and secure new retail placements and channel opportunities Drive in-store growth, product visibility, and brand presence Partner with marketing on retail promotions, demos, and activations Represent the brand with key partners and at industry events Ideal Qualifications: Experience building retail partnerships and distribution channels Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Background in retail, consumer products, or specialty food brands preferred Strategic thinker with strong business development abilities Ability to drive brand growth and retail expansion Salary: $150k/Year Profit Share To apply, please send your resume to Mendy@bhirednyc.com
