Job Description:

This position is responsible for defining and designing complex business process requirements for the areas supported. In addition, this position researches and analyzes system related issues, works with software vendors and business areas to develop and test problem solutions and software enhancements. The position is also responsible for defining RPA (Robotic Process Automation) project requirements and solutions.Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.II. Principal ResponsibilitiesManages and organizes software conversion tasks including data mapping, testing, operational analysis and user acceptance testing.Manages and organizes new enhancement requests and opens issues from the internal and external users; translates business requirements, performs bank control changes, manages and tracks the status of open items/projects; manages relationship(s) with system vendors.Supports department(s) as to production related questions/issues. Researches, reviews and analyzes issues. Includes appropriate internal/external personnel in decision making as necessary.Acts as the point business resource in managing the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications including test plans, execution and assessing operational readiness.Analyzes business activities to identify areas of potential process improvement, robotic process automation (RPA) using specific methodology. Develops and maintains business processes and procedures documentation.Develops RPA solutions for respective functional area working with other RPA solution architects and developers from IT teams.Develops and maintains specialized knowledge of the application(s) and information needs of the business unit(s) supported, obtaining the business specific and technical skills necessary to support those needs.Communicates process changes, enhancements, and modifications to internal and external customers, as appropriate. Provides training and assistance for areas supported.Job RequirementsIII. Education/Experience RequirementsCollege degree or equivalent work experience required.2-5 years relevant experience.Functional experience with FIS IBS Insight software a plusExperience with deposit banking products a plusRPA experience preferred but not a mustIV.
