Head of US Marketing, Diagnosis on the Marketing team to help us
expand what’s possible for patients with serious diseases.
Reporting to the Global Head, Brinsupri you’ll be accountable for
defining and driving U.S. market expansion strategies across the
Respiratory portfolio. In addition to strategy ownership, this role
is accountable for building, scaling, and leading a market
development organization over time, including defining future
capabilities, talent needs, and operating models as the business
and portfolio evolve. This role plays a critical leadership
position in advancing Insmed’s enterprise growth strategy,
identifying and activating high-impact opportunities that expand
the diagnosed and treated patient populations to strengthen the
long-term value of the portfolio. What You'll Do: In this role, the
Head of US Marketing will set the strategic vision, define where
Insmed should invest to unlock sustainable growth through
accelerated diagnosis, and mobilize cross-functional teams to
deliver impact over both the near and long term. You’ll also: Shape
the global strategy and own the US
executionforacceleratingdiagnosis of respiratory conditions
(including bronchiectasis and MAC lung disease) Lead
identification, sizing, and prioritization of market development
opportunities. Architect and execute multi-stakeholder strategies
to accelerate diagnosis, referral, and treatment. Build, develop,
and lead a diagnosis / market development team Influence and align
cross-functional stakeholders at the enterprise level. Develop and
defend investment cases tied to portfolio value creation. Design a
measurement and reporting plan toidentifyearly signals of impact
and to hold the team accountable for executing on aligned
priorities Own budget planning, agency partnerships, and financial
stewardship. Support the Global Program Teams’ business objectives
Who You Are: You have a Bachelors Degree along with a minimum years
of experience 12-15 years years of experience inpharmaceutical or
biotechmarketing,progressive experience in the
pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including 10 years in HCP or
market access marketing roles You are or you also have:
Demonstrated success leading U.S. product launches in specialty or
rare disease markets; respiratory experience preferred. Proven
ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence at senior levels,
and deliver strong commercial results. Exceptional strategic,
analytical, and communication skills; adept at synthesizing data
and insights into actionable plans. Track record of people
leadership, talent development, and team building. Deep
understanding of FDA promotional review processes and
pharmaceutical compliance requirements. Authentic commitment to
patients living with serious or rare diseases. Where You’ll Work
This is a hybrid role based out of our Bridgewater NJ office.
You’ll have the option to work remotely most of the time, with
in-person collaboration when it matters most. Or remote. Travel
Requirements This role requires occasional travel (approximately
30%) LI-JT1 LI-Remote LI-Hybrid Pay Range: $247,000.00-337,000.00
