Everett, WA.
Key Responsibilities
Exhibit empathy and provide excellent customer service while
scheduling appointments and procedures
Verify patient information and document in the Electronic Health
Record (EPIC)
Coordinate patient appointments and prepare necessary documentation
accurately
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
1+ years of receptionist experience in a medical office
1+ years of Microsoft Office experience
Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
EMR/EPIC experience (preferred)
