Lia Honda Brewster is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.




COMPENSATION RANGE: $55K-$100K+ based on knowledge and production




SIGN ON BONUS: N/A




REQUIREMENTS:
--- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
--- Excellent customer service skills
--- Basic Computer skills
--- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
--- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
--- Must have a clean and valid driver's license




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
--- Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
--- Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating all repair information and recommendations from the technician to the customer
--- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure a positive customer experience
--- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
--- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
