Job Description:

Award-winning Century 21 Brokerage seeks a Full-Time Buyer Lead Administrator. We are looking for a "People Person" who can work with our newly licensed Real Estate Agents to increase the conversion of our incoming Company Generated Buyer Leads.

1st Year Salary $65,000 to $85,000, plus Bonuses. 2nd Year $100,000+. Also, you are allowed to work with buyers and sellers from your own center/sphere of influence.

Responsibilities:
--- Maintain Company CRM
--- Work with newly licensed Real Estate Agents to increase Lead conversion
--- Incubate Leads for future sales
--- Weekly/monthly Buyer Lead Key Performance Indicator reports

Qualifications:
--- Must have a Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson License
--- Comfortable implementing systems
