Architectural Designer - Bridgeport CTA small firm mentality that does big work looking for an architectural designer to join the team. There is a lot of diversity on projects and in roles, they do not pigeon hole their employees. There are a lot of growth opportunities and opportunity to learn both types of projects and skills. This company competes with firms that are larger than them.Work Environment:20 person firm, each of the 3 partners manages projects. - For larger projects there will be a PM under the partners to help run the projects - Very collaborative and intimate environment between partners and team membersDescription:

• Architectural Designer with 2-7 years of experience
• orking experience in AutoCad and Revit
• Bachelors degree in Architecture
• Ability to work on projects from conception to completion (SD - CA)
• Generation of documents in Autocad/Revit, working on renderings in Revit
• Experience working on projects in the institutional or educational space is preferred
• Motivated individual who can work well in teams and interface with clients if need be
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
