How will you make a difference in PMI?

You, as a marketing professional, will be responsible for supporting the strategic execution of the regional marketing strategy and plan. You will providing a consistent approach to execution, for improved brand impact and efficiency, to realize PMI ambition and regional growth plans. You will collaborate with regional markers, regions & country business teams and marketing teams, executes activities to generate profitable B2C and B2B sales and volume growth in products and experiences, and to build strong customer relationships.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • You will be the regional marketing lead, with regional tactical activity. You will support with the regional development on marketing strategy and plans to generate revenue and drive conversions. You will assure alignment with customer development strategy.

  • You will design, build, develop and execute marketing campaigns, working with the regional leads, including rebuild of email programs, regional events, or acquisition campaigns. You will manage direct agency relationships as applicable in design and implementation of campaigns localized to regions, as well as coordinate with PMI marketing and customer development.

  • You will lead the cadence for reporting marketing performance for the regions, through monthly and quarterly reviews. You will provide proactive data analysis for regional recommendations on trends and future opportunities. Rely on PMI analytics team for support.

  • You will be working alongside Product Marketing, to develop and sustain strong relationships with business teams and stakeholders at a global scale. You will adopt Marketing Technology and Operations processes and governance, to the extent it is relevant

  • You will establish B2B sales enablement activities, leveraging marketing and product management for consistent customer engagement, and support for new sales pipeline growth with the sales teams.

  • You will develop and maintain detailed knowledge of PMI strategy, current and emerging solution capabilities and strategic direction for advocacy efforts and team capabilities.

  • You will work alongside Product Marketing, to develop and sustain strong relationships with business teams and stakeholders at a global scale. You will adopt Marketing Technology and Operations processes and governance, to the extent it is relevant.

    Role Profile Qualifications:

    • Degree in business, marketing, or another field relevant to this role; advanced degree preferred.

    • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience; regional or global experience desired.

    • Leadership experience desirable.

    • Experience working in sales environment in a growing global organization or similar product environment.

    • Demonstrates engaging personality and teamwork skills, including demonstrated team-based operational and strategic results. Key areas include resourceful, tactful, mature, flexible, and sound judgment.

    • Demonstrated knowledge of key areas of marketing communications including PR, social media, content development, email communication, digital, SEO/SEM, market research, and brand.

    • Passionate and enthusiastic marketer with a sense of innovation and ability to push the company to success.

    • Demonstrated success in developing integrated marketing communication strategies and ensuring effective implementation of tactics, with proven success in acquiring new customers through targeted approaches.

    • Experience providing strategic direction to vendors as well as effective vendor management.

    • Demonstrated creativity and ability to retain and convert customers with a variety of marketing techniques and tools.

    • Demonstrated ability to create, analyze, and apply outcomes for performance metrics. Positive track record of results.

    • Technologically savvy and a proponent of digital technology - the convergence of mobile, analytics, context-rich systems, and the cloud, that are transforming customer engagement.

    • Ability and willingness to become thoroughly familiar with project management, the profession, and PMI in order to build credibility and respect with customers.

    • Exceptional ability to think and present from an objective viewpoint, proactively engage and facilitate discussions with broad range of stakeholders.

    • Prioritizes high-value initiatives and ensures teams are focused on the areas with the highest return on financial, time, and people investment.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced global team environment and support team goals with a rapidly growing organization. Superior organizational and time management skill sets.

    • Highly developed organization and planning skills with ability to think ahead and plan over a multi-year horizon

    • Ability to use Microsoft Office products, CRM, and other data tools proficiently.

    • Ability to travel globally and locally, including weekends/holidays as needed. Anticipated travel of 20-30%.

    • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
