Job Description Sr. Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst The Sr. Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst plays a key role in the design, maintenance, and ongoing support of processes related to Identity & Access Management. This includes user onboarding, off-boarding, role management, user access re-certifications, monitoring, report generation, access provisioning, and compliance-related processes. Along with providing support for existing systems and processes, the Sr. IAM Analyst will participate heavily in ongoing IAM program enhancements. The IAM team is part of the IT organization. All team members work closely with other IT teams, Information Security, Human Resources, and Business Units. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Heavy involvement in Active Directory user, group, and file share permission management. This includes automation through basic Powershell scripting Creates reports to identify provisioning inconsistencies or conflicts and operationalizes processes to regularly identify and remediate issues Automates or streamlines existing processes and workflows Defines, validates, and maintains user access roles Analyzes user access roles and processes to independently assess compliance with defined standards Conducts user access re-certifications, as defined by company policies Strictly adheres to audit and regulatory controls, as well as IAM standards. Independently identifies gaps and proposes solutions Regularly reviews and maintains documentation to ensure it reflects current processes and procedures and identifies opportunities for process improvement Serves as a key IAM project resource Collaborates with IT and business teams Uses various systems and applications to support user access requirements for the business end users. Job Requirements Job Specific Competencies Experience with modern Identity and Access Management concepts is a must Hands-on experience with Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Segregation of Duties (SOD) and information security management concepts is required Subject Matter Expert with Active Directory IAM-related features (user and group management, fileshare permissions, basic Powershell scripting related to these features) Proficient in MS Office applications, with emphasis on Excel Technologies such as Password Vaulting (CyberArk), SIEM, MFA, and others Authentication, authorization, and auto-provisioning services including Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, LDAP, SSO, SAML, SAML, or other related complex infrastructures Understanding of standard integration protocols, APIs, and connectors Experience with scripting and process automation Knowledge of regulatory compliance (SOX, PCI, etc.) Database knowledge, comfortable working with data structures and SQL reporting Information systems security certification (such as CISSP) is a plus Effective and appropriate communication skills for working with both technical teams and business end users Ability to recognize and focus on critical issues, balance multiple tasks, and respond to competing needs within the organization
