Our client, a leading organization in legal and compliance
services, is seeking a Legal Consultant - II to join their team. As
a Legal Consultant - II, you will be part of the Subpoena
Compliance group supporting legal process management and data entry
operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous
attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability
to work independently, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: Legal Consultant Location: Bernards, NJ
What's the Job? Perform data entry of legal processes into workflow
management systems with accuracy and confidentiality. Support the
subpoena compliance team in managing high-volume legal
documentation. Verify and review data for errors, correcting
discrepancies to ensure data integrity. Work independently to
resolve issues using sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
Participate in a comprehensive 4-week training program to
understand legal concepts and procedures. What's Needed? Strong
attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Proficient
typing and computer skills, including familiarity with workflow
management systems. Excellent organizational and time management
abilities to handle high-volume tasks efficiently. Effective
written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn basic
