national trial practice focused on representing injured victims in
pharmaceutical and medical device, product liability, personal
injury, whistleblower and securities cases in both federal and

Job Details Please have the following: - Experience handling cases
from intake through trial and settlement - Experience with State
and Federal courts in CT or PA - Experience with trial teams,
expert witnesses, and clients; client interaction and compassionate
communication. - Medical records reviewing and summarizing - Case
review and workflow management - Document Preparation (drafting
complaints, discovery responses, and correspondence) - Negotiations
with settlement strategy - Compassionate and patient - Clear
communication skills Technology Usage for the role: - Excellent
M.S. knowledge - Salesforce/Litify or similar case management
software - AI tools, Supio, CoCounsel - Legal research platforms
(ex. Westlaw) - Video conferencing tools (ex. Zoom or Teams) -
E-filing systems for CT and PA courts. *This is an in-office role*
