Job Description:

A healthcare and insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Associate General Counsel.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Providing legal counsel to various commercial pharmacy business committees
Assisting with regulatory investigations and responses
Providing legal support and benefit interpretation related to plan benefit documents
Qualifications for this position include:

Juris Doctorate degree
License to practice law in one or more states
5+ years of relevant professional legal experience in an attorney capacity
Expertise, judgment and presence to advise senior leadership on legal matters
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations within the healthcare and/or pharmacy industry
3+ years of experience in one or more of the areas of health insurance, pharmacy benefit management, or the managed care industry
