Job Description:
About the Role: A custom tech solutions company is looking for a
Business Analyst to work directly with clients, understand their
operational and technology needs, and design tailored solutions.
This role bridges the gap between clients and internal technical
teams. Responsibilities: Meet with clients to analyze business
processes and technical needs Translate client requirements into
clear functional specifications Work closely with developers and
project managers Assist with ERP implementations and system
upgrades Support clients through solution design, testing, and
rollout Maintain documentation and process flows Requirements:
Experience with ERP systems (Odoo strongly preferred) Strong
communication and problem-solving skills Ability to understand both
business and technical perspectives Comfortable working with
multiple stakeholders Tech-savvy and detail-oriented Salary:
