As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will serve as the trusted technical advisor to customers, understanding their business challenges and architecting solutions to solve those problems. You'll quickly understand technical architectures, research, build, and deliver proof of concept solutions to pattern and guide the customer journey. To be successful, you should have: - A proven track record of working with large consumer brands with a deep understanding and network in eCommerce - A strong background in cloud services, app integration, API fundamentals, and the ability to demonstrate technical excellence when building scalable architectures - Deep technical expertise with a strong sense of technical evangelism and a relentless commitment to long-term customer outcomes - A demonstrated understanding of Software Development - Experience working with eCommerce and Supply Chain solutions This role involves up to 25% travel, including customer site visits, industry conferences, and team meetings at various locations. About the team The Multichannel Commerce and Fulfillment team aims to enable organizations across the world with reliable, cost effective, and flexible end-to-end ecommerce fulfillment and supply chain solutions to help them scale, succeed, and offer best in class experiences to their customers. - 8 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience - 3 years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience - Ability to write clearly and concisely, with demonstrated skill in creating technical content that effectively communicates complex information to diverse audiences including engineers, architects, and business stakeholders. - 5 years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience - Experience working with end user or developer communities Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
