You must have experience with Azure, Azure Backup, M365, SonicWall, and Cisco networking (Meraki).IT System Administrator (ConnectWise/VMware) MSP Duties:

• Provide on-site technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Set up and configure new equipment for end-users, including peripherals and software
• Ensure proper functioning of computer systems, networks, and applications
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 support or other IT staff, as needed
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledgebase articles
