Responsibilities Partner with HRBPs to manage onboarding and
offboarding, learning & development initiatives, employee
relations, performance management, and the handling of year-end
processes Support Recruiters with full lifecycle recruiting
including creating and posting job descriptions, scheduling
interviews, gathering interviewer feedback, and creating offer
letters Ensure timely communication throughout the interview
process to deliver an outstanding experience to all candidates
Provide administrative support on various HR and recruiting
processes and initiatives Maintain candidate information in our
applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and other internal trackers
Establish effective working relationships with internal clients
Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive
information Participate in On Campus Recruiting efforts, including
posting roles, coordinating interviews, attending career fairs and
information sessions and creating offers Qualifications Bachelor’s
Degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years of recruiting and/or HR
generalist experience Strong written and verbal communication
skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Creative problem solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects
and priorities Workday experience preferred Anticipated annual base
salary range is $60,000-$85,000 plus eligible for discretionary
