JOB POSTING 2059 TITLE: Immigration Specialist (hybrid role)
INDUSTRY: Financial Services LOCATION: New York, NY COMPENSATION:
$200-250k base plus a bonus RELOCATION: Paid GROWING Financial
Services company is looking to add a Immigration Specialist to
their HR department. SUMMARY: - This role will be a key point of
contact for all global immigration matters (i.e., end-to-end work
authorization, visa applications, compliance across several
countries, etc.) - Help lead the company’s immigration strategy and
operations (i.e., ensure legal compliance, advise employees,
relocations, short?term assignments, etc.) to enable smooth
cross?border transitions. - Will work closely with employees and
external partners to streamline processes and strengthen the
company’s ability to attract and retain top international talent.
REQUIREMENTS: - 10 years of immigration and global mobility
experience, with significant emphasis on immigration program
management - Deep knowledge of U.S. and international immigration
processes, regulations, and compliance requirements, with
experience managing complex multi-region cases. - Bachelor’s degree
