We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team! As
the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the
restaurant manager to execute the day to day operations of managing
a full scale lunch and dinner restaurant and seafood market. You
will help hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the
restaurants high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader
with experience managing a successful restaurant. Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED Previous restaurant management experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software,
and POS software Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Excellent management and leadership skills Strong communication and
problem-solving skills
