Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service & Sales
representative to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from members and resolve inquiries to ensure
quality service
Cross-sell credit union products and assist members in making
informed financial decisions
Collaborate with other business partners to adhere to lending
guidelines and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum six months of customer service or call center
experience
High school graduate or GED
Basic computer operating skills and intermediate proficiency in
Microsoft Office
Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute preferred
Must meet specific technical requirements for remote work,
including internet speed and home office setup
