If you have a passion for excellence, an innovative mind, and pride for things well done, we'd love to meet you.Job Description Customer Service RepresentativeSummary:The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing orders, answering customers inquiries, addressing issues and escalating complaints across various channels.Responsibilities:Enter customer ordersInvestigate complaints and escalate as neededAnswer customers inquiries and resolve disputesProvide timely feedback to the Company regarding service problems and customers concernsProactively partner with sales reps and production staff to meet and exceed customer expectations.
