Growing multi-specialty group in the beautiful Hudson Valley is seeking a Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner to join their team! This is a full-time permanent position with the internal medicine team, and includes a highly competitive base salary and robust benefits package.

Ideal candidates will have experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in internal medicine, primary care, family medicine, or other relevant fields, however the group is also willing to train motivated new graduate PAs and NPs as well!

Description:

• Full-time permanent position - Internal Medicine
• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• 40 hours per week
• Work in collaboration with physicians and other health care providers to provide health care across the continuum of care to assigned patients
• Perform hospital rounds of new consults and follow-up patients and assist in discharge of patients
• See patients independently for office visits
• Obtain patient medical, physical and psycho-social history and perform comprehensive health assessments
• Conduct non-invasive preventive screening procedures
• Formulate the appropriate diagnosis based on history, physical examination and clinical findings

• New York Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License (or ability to obtain)
• DEA License (or ability to obtain)
