Barton Associates to find a qualified Orthopedic Surgery NP in New
York! We are seeking a skilled Orthopedic Surgery Nurse
Practitioner for an 80-day assignment in New York, commencing May
1, 2026. This role involves both inpatient and operating room work,
with shifts spanning 0700-1700 and 1700-0700. The successful
candidate will perform procedures such as total knee, shoulder, and
hip replacements, providing critical patient care autonomously
while a supervising physician is present in the OR or available by
phone for floor call. Responsibilities and Duties Perform total
knee, shoulder, and hip replacement procedures. Provide patient
care in both inpatient and operating room settings. Care for
patients aged 18 and older. Operate autonomously within the scope
of practice. Collaborate with a supervising physician present in
the OR and available via phone for floor call. Additional
Information Required Board Certifications: Orthopaedic Surgery EMR:
