Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Participate in research and clinical trials as applicable Maintain detailed patient records and participate in daily rounds Advocate for the health and well-being of patients Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and healthcare needs Implement and evaluate patient care plans based on patient conditions and priorities Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in clinical documentation and healthcare IT systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current registered nurse licensure in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
