clients. Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a
qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist specialized in NICU to
support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare
facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality
care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and
maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional
standards. Responsibilities Provide specialized respiratory care to
neonates in a Level 3 NICU setting. Float between Bridgeport
Hospital and Milford Campuses as needed to provide comprehensive
care. Utilize Draeger Vent experience in providing respiratory
therapy interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to
ensure optimal patient outcomes. Orientate students or new hires
and support their integration into the team. Adhere to all hospital
policies and procedures while maintaining the highest level of
professional integrity. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of
respiratory therapy experience in a Level 1 Trauma setting.
Experience in a Level 3 NICU required. Draeger Vent experience is
essential. Valid BLS, CRT or RRT certification, plus a Connecticut
state license is required. Effective collaboration skills and the
ability to work in a flexible schedule, including EOW and holidays.
Proficient in EPIC charting system with relevant charting system
