The Willows at Red Oak Recovery is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. This position involves providing top-notch nursing care to women recovering from addiction and dual diagnoses in a nurturing and supportive environment. Our ideal candidate will effectively blend skillful nursing techniques with personalized patient care, helping each patient progress on their unique path to recovery. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health status and report any significant changes to the supervising doctor. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Collaborate with the treatment team to plan and evaluate patient care. Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Empathy and resilience Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice CPR certification Preferably certified in psychiatric-mental health or similar
