qualifications will not be considered. An established compounding
pharmacy is seeking a seasoned Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to
oversee regulatory, compliance, and quality operations at its
Albany, Ohio facility. This direct hire role offers an opportunity
to lead in a high-standard environment ensuring adherence to FDA,
DEA, and state pharmacy regulations, including Section 503B
guidelines. Candidates considering relocation will benefit from
available relocation assistance, and there is potential for a
temporary-to-permanent traveler arrangement for the right
professional. Schedule: Monday through Friday Onsite position in
Albany, Ohio Key Responsibilities: Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge
for Ohio and other non-resident states as required Ensure
compliance with FDA, DEA, State Boards of Pharmacy, and 503B
regulations Maintain licensure for pharmacy and pharmacists across
multiple states Lead regulatory inspections and represent the
facility during Board of Pharmacy, FDA, and DEA meetings Develop,
review, and maintain SOPs and training programs Oversee regulatory
reporting, recalls, complaints, and quality investigations Manage
quality assurance and control functions including batch record
reviews, deviations, investigations, and environmental monitoring
Lead validation activities for equipment, systems, and processes
Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) Review
and approve change controls, product labeling, and annual product
reviews Oversee incoming material inspections, vendor
qualification, and reserve sample programs Analyze and present
quality metrics to site and corporate leadership Qualifications:
Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing Experience with
multi-state licensure preferred Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy (BS)
or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Minimum 5 years of leadership
experience managing teams Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, DEA
regulations, sterile injectable manufacturing, and non-sterile
compounding Proven experience leading inspections and regulatory
audits Excellent communication skills and proficiency with
Microsoft Office Preferred: 10 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or
medical device industries 7 years in quality or compliance roles
with increasing responsibility This role offers long-term
