This role is pivotal in upholding our commitment to exceptional patient care and medical innovation. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our nursing team, delivering high-quality care while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and advance medical knowledge. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems. Instruct and educate patients and families. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Provide a safe, comfortable and therapeutic patient environment. Initiate and sustain use of best-practice guidelines and clinical pathways. Supervise assigned team members. Advanced patient care skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-stress situations Proficiency with clinical systems and documentation Leadership and team management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
