Job Description:
Albany Medical Center seeks an experienced Clinical Nurse III
for our E4 department to lead the delivery of exceptional nursing
care. This role requires a dedicated professional with a proven
track record in a fast-paced hospital environment, blending
expertise in clinical care with compassion and
patient-centeredness. Our innovative healthcare system promotes a

high-quality direct patient care in accordance with nursing
standards. Assist in the development and implementation of patient
management plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
enhance patient outcomes. Mentor and support junior staff,
promoting a culture of learning and teamwork. Participate in
research and clinical trials as applicable. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards for patient care and safety.
Strong proficiency in clinical tools and technologies used in
patient care. Ability to manage complex patient cases and
emergencies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and mentoring capabilities. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
