Job Description Urology Physician Opportunity – Pittsfield, Massachusetts Seeking a Board-Certified Urology Physician to join an established hospital-based urology team in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This position focuses on providing comprehensive inpatient general urology care within a collaborative group of experienced physicians serving the Berkshires region. Position Details: - Provide inpatient general urology care for adult patients - Collaborate with a team of five urologists and multidisciplinary clinical staff - Perform hospital-based urology procedures and provide perioperative management - Participate in inpatient rounding, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning - Utilize onsite laboratory and imaging services for diagnostics - Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR - Follow system clinical protocols and quality standards while supporting continuity of care Requirements: - MD or DO from an accredited medical school - Board Certified in Urology - Active Massachusetts medical license - Active BLS certification - Demonstrated inpatient and general urology experience - Clean malpractice and license history preferred - Current NPDB Self-Query report dated within 30 days of presentation Additional Notes: - Permanent position only - Not open to visa candidates or independent contractor arrangements - Stable weekday schedule with no call or weekend responsibilities - Opportunity to join a well-established, hospital-based urology team within a respected community health system
