Provide comprehensive nursing care to orthopedic and spinal surgery patients. Develop and evaluate care plans based on patient-specific needs. Mentor junior nursing staff and assist in their professional development. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Participate in research and clinical trials specific to orthopedic and spinal health. Ensure adherence to all hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Advanced knowledge of orthopedic and spine care practices. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using medical software and patient management systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Orthopedic Nursing Certification (ONC) preferred.
