Job Description:
Job Description Our client is seeking a dedicated Internal
Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) Physician to provide
comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population. This
role offers the opportunity to practice preventative care, chronic
disease management, and acute care in a collaborative and
patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose,
treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions in adult and/or
pediatric patients Perform preventive care, health screenings, and
routine wellness exams Develop personalized treatment plans and
provide patient education Coordinate care with specialists, nurses,
and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate electronic
health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with medical guidelines
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based
practice Qualifications: MD or DO degree with board certification
or eligibility in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM)
Active medical license in New York (or ability to obtain)
Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or hybrid settings (based on
practice needs) Strong clinical skills in preventative care,
chronic disease management, and acute care Excellent communication,
teamwork, and patient-centered approach Please note- The annual
base salary range is $150k to $250k. Actual compensation offered to
the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based
upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill
level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus
compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of
