Job Description:
At Headway, we are at the forefront of redefining mental health
services by making quality psychological support accessible through
streamlined connections with mental health professionals and
seamless integration with insurance providers. We are currently
seeking a dedicated Licensed Psychologist who shares our passion
for making mental health care straightforward and available to
everyone. This role involves providing direct psychological
services to our diverse patient base, participating in our outreach
initiatives, and being an advocate for mental health within the
community. Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic
evaluations. Develop and implement treatment plans based on
evidence-based practices. Provide individual, family, and group
therapy sessions. Collaborate with other mental health
professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment processes and
progress. Contribute to program development and service enhancement
initiatives. Stay updated with latest developments in psychology
and integrate them into practice. Maintain accurate records and
documentation in compliance with legal requirements. Exceptional
skills in psychological assessment and therapy Strong communication
and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a
multidisciplinary team Experience with Electronic Health Records
(EHR) systems Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy,
mindfulness, and other therapeutic techniques Medical Insurance
Life Insurance Current valid license as a Psychologist in the state
of practice Board Certified in Clinical Psychology preferred
