Job Description Job Description RN Home Care Clinical Supervisor We currently have an an opportunity for a full-time RN Home Care Clinical Supervisor in our Westchester territory. The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the services provided to our clients. From establishing an initial care plan, making frequent visits to the client, supervising our caregivers, and maintaining required documentation. Most importantly, the supervisor develops trusting relationships and creating experiences. Rather than traditional nursing roles that are task focused, the Nurse Supervisor embraces holistic care and supports lifestyle and personal preferences whenever possible. Instead of rushing from one client to the next, you can finally take the time necessary to build relationships and pay attention to the little things that matter most.
