Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room I Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 11.5 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in specialty within the last 3 years License: New York State RN License Certifications: TNCC, AHA BLS, AHA PALS Must-Have: - Critical care experience with VADs, ECMO, and Arterial Lines - Willingness to float to units appropriate for skill set - Experience at a large academic setting Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room. The ideal candidate will provide critical care and support to patients requiring advanced interventions. Experience with VADs, ECMO, and Arterial Lines is essential. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty within the last 3 years. Candidates should be willing to float to other units as necessary. Experience in a large academic setting is preferred. Successful candidates will possess a New York State RN License and relevant certifications. This is a night shift position requiring 11.5 hours per shift. Weekends will be required every other weekend. COVID vaccine requirements apply, with exemptions only for approved medical reasons. Navy bottoms and white tops or all white scrubs are required for this position.
