Delmar, NY Shift: Full-time (4 day work-week) Responsibilities:
Provide integrative, patient-centered clinical care Evaluate and
treat patients with Chronic and complex conditions Collaborate
closely with a diverse, highly supportive clinical team Contribute
to a growing practice that values time, connection, and thoughtful
medical decision-making Requirements: MD or DO Licensed in New York
Experience in Functional or Integrative Medicine Clinical
background in Lyme Disease or tick-borne illness 2-3 years of
experience in family medicine, internal medicine or similar field
