An established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and the largest healthcare provider in Fairfield County, CT is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director of Adult Medicine. Join a dynamic team of over 90 providers dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. About the opportunity: Total outpatient - 40% administrative and 60% patient care Work closely with Operations and Nursing to support clinicians, clinical teams, and site leadership/management teams (including Nurse Manager and Practice Manager) in overseeing the day-to-day administration and delivery of patient care. Work with Nursing and Operations leadership to guide clinicians and staff across assigned locations.
