Job Description First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Labor and Delivery - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/12/2026 - Duration: 12 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Details – RN (Labor & Delivery) Facility: St. Vincent’s Medical Center Location: Bridgeport, CT Position Information - Shift: Nights, 3x12s (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) - Schedule: Includes call requirements - On-Call: 12–24 hours per 6-week schedule - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend - Holiday Requirement: Per unit needs Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery or Postpartum (experience in both preferred) - Circulating/PACU experience strongly preferred - Epic EMR experience preferred Certifications - Required: - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - BLS (Basic Life Support – AHA) - Preferred: - ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - C-EFM (Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring) Highlights - Opportunity to work in a busy L&D unit with diverse patient care needs - Night shift schedule with consistent 12-hour shifts - Exposure to both L&D and Postpartum care, with potential to circulate and cover PACU About First Connect Health At First Connect Health, we take pride in being a Joint Commission–certified healthcare staffing agency, headquartered in Newark, New Jersey.
