Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Burn ICU Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/12/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Burn ICU (BICU) night shift position requiring a CT or compact RN license and at least two years of specialty experience. Responsibilities Position is on the Burn ICU (BICU) unit Night shifts with a 3x12 hour schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM May care for both burn and non-critical patients on the unit Assignment is for 13 weeks Free parking provided at main campus Nurses may be assigned to both burn and non-critical patients as needed Pre-employment modules must be completed prior to start and annually depending on specialty Facility will auto approve up to 7 days of requested time off (RTO) Participation in disaster or emergency response activities may be required First-time travelers are eligible if all other requirements are met Requirements Active CT or compact RN license is required Minimum of 2 years of recent Burn ICU or related experience 1 reference required for consideration Flu vaccine required with no declinations accepted COVID vaccine and booster required unless medical or religious exemption is approved Applicants must live more than 75 miles from the facility Return staff must have been gone for at least 2 years to be eligible Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-639525.
