• Assess and prioritize patients based on medical need, utilizing effective triage skills.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' physical and mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and technologies, applying evidence-based practices to patient care.Requirements:
  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum 18 months of recent experience in an acute care emergency room setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
