Position Description: TherapyTravelers is partnering with an exceptional school district who is looking for several contract School Speech Language Pathologists for the school year. This district provides professional development to staff and encourages staff to participate in professional learning communities which allow them to learn from one another. An hour of time for paperwork is built into the work week. There is potential for the assignment to extend through the 23/24 school year.

• Location: Bridgeport, CT
• Duration: Immediately - June 14, 2023; could extend to 23/24
• Onsite or Virtual: On-Site
• Full or Part Time: Full Time
• Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (one hour for paperwork)
• Grade/Age Levels: Pre-K to 8th-grade
• Caseload Description: 45-55 students, some of them only have 2-3 hours/month. Mix case load of articulation, autism, self-contained rooms, & medically fragile.     • Hourly pay is based on national averages and will vary based on location, experience, qualifications and local or travel positions.

      • 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as an SLP (Speech Language Pathologist) within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
