Full-time ER RN needed at a top hospital in Connecticut!(Reference Code: KAM) Currently looking to hire for midshift and night shift. Seeking experienced RNs to join ur Newly renovated Emergency Department now consists of more rooms including specialty rooms for trauma and critical cardiac care. Job Summary: Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the Nursing Process and following all established standards of practice within State and Federal guidelines. Provide supervision of non-RN personnel and act as a resource for ancillary staff on assigned unit. Supervise unit activities when assigned to charge or clinical coordinator role. Act as preceptor to new staff and/or students as requested. Provide safe and therapeutic care using the values inherent in our hospital culture. Shift: Evening Shift - 2:00pm-3:00am. Will also rotate to the 10:00am-11:00pm shift.We also have night shift 7pm-8am.3 days a week, rotate between every other weekend and holidays. Qualifications:* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.* Valid license as Registered Nurse in Connecticut.* BSN strongly preferred.* BLS certification required.* Minimum of one year ER nursing experience required.
