Be part of a supportive, team-focused environment dedicated to high-quality resident care.Responsibilities:Manage daily nursing operations in the Sub Acute Unit.Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.Conduct annual performance evaluations for LPNs and CNAs and administer disciplinary actions when necessary.Participate in state surveys and inspections; ensure compliance with all regulations.Monitor medication passes, care plans, and treatment schedules.Lead investigations of incidents and grievances with appropriate documentation and follow-through.Work closely with physicians, the MDS team, and social services to support resident care and discharge planning.Monitor admissions and re-admissions to reduce hospitalization risks.Requirements:Active RN license in the State of New Jersey.Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a nursing or healthcare facility.At least 6 months of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.Benefits:Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)Medical & Dental CoverageExciting Company PerksEmployee Recognition ProgramsTeam-Like AtmosphereReady to lead with purpose?
