• Demonstrate results orientation by meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators, managing business processes, maintaining high standards of merchandising and cleanliness, and enhancing efficiency and profit through sound operational practices.
• Be a role model for guest experience by executing our service model, completing monthly mystery shops, creating NPS promoters, and coaching sales associates to deliver exceptional branded experiences.
• Lead your team to success by recruiting, developing, and motivating a highly productive and collaborative team, providing ongoing coaching, performance management, and product/service training.
• Develop your team's understanding of the LEGO brand experience, unlock their potential using LEGO Core Competencies, and build a talent pipeline for future growth.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and partners to drive business performance and foster a positive working environment.

• Proven management experience in retail
• Experience with:
• Point of Sale systems
• Loss prevention and cash management
• Recruitment, training, and scheduling
• Performance management and conflict resolution
• Visual merchandising and space management
• Effective communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Physical requirements: constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, standing for at least two hours, occasional stooping, kneeling, climbing ladders, lifting at least 30 lbs.The salary range for this position is $67,500 - $85,000 USD, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational factors.
