Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of
Admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing overall admissions operations and meeting
enrollment goals
Train and coach admissions advisors to effectively recruit and
enroll students
Conduct performance observations and maintain compliance with
university policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
1 - 3 years of admissions experience
3+ years of relationship/consultative sales or recruitment
experience
Knowledge of the educational environment and ability to interface
with faculty
Proven administrative and leadership skills preferred
