    • Lead a team responsible for the product roadmap, development and operations of 24/7 Tier 1 UCC systems and services including Microsoft O365 and Google Workspace
    • Partner with industry leading and industry disrupting SaaS vendors to evolve the UCC portfolio of services
    • Deliver a frictionless and delightful colleague experience by integrating your services with the entire communications and collaboration portfolio of servicesOur evolving UCC portfolio also includes leading offerings such as Slack, Miro, Zoom, AudioCodes and Confluence. As Sr Manager you will have the opportunity to run numerous services, and to cross-train and rotate services between your team and others. -Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?------ - -In this role you will be measured on your successful ability to:
      • Ensure that your UCC portfolio operates securely, with 24/7 availability and delivers a frictionless and delightful colleague experience
      • Establish a consistent product lifecycle management methodology and framework to ideate, publish and deliver innovative UCC product roadmaps
      • Evaluate and implement services to address the evolving needs of our colleagues with focus on distributed, hybrid work
      • Drive operational excellence in services and processes
      • Simplify choice in your portfolio and realize cost efficiencies in your investmentsWhat type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?--- -In this role you will regularly do the following:
        • Develop close relationships with strategic vendors to understand and influence service roadmaps, and ensure smooth commercial engagement
        • Lead your team to maintain flow balanced between building, running and operating services including shift scheduling and change planning
        • Use your experience managing and supporting SaaS platforms including your ability to integrate and develop environments using -APIs
        • Automate and integrate systems and processes to reduce the support burden and ensure a frictionless colleague experience
