What You’ll Do Diagnose, service, and repair heating and cooling systems (Rheem & Fujitsu Minisplit experience a plus). Deliver friendly, professional service that builds trust with every customer. Perform preventative maintenance and ensure systems are running at peak performance. Work independently and as part of a team—because we win together. What We’re Looking For 3 years HVAC service experience (or strong mechanical background and willingness to learn). EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain). Valid driver’s license & clean driving record. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-first mindset. Someone who takes pride in their craft and isn’t afraid to go the extra mile. Oh!
