Job Description Job Description Job Description: Rebmann Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician for their Port Washington, NY location, only servicing within Long Island. The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner. Summary: For over 80 years, Rebmann Heating and Air Conditioning has worked diligently to meet homeowners and businesses’ changing heating and air conditioning needs in Western Nassau and Eastern Suffolk Counties. Rebmann is one of Long Island’s largest HVAC/R contractors and services over 20,000 clients a year. Rebmann partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company. Responsibilities: Services all equipment according to an established service schedule and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location. Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns. Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits daily. Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhances the company's image. Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles. Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate. Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 5 years of heating experience EPA – Universal Certification Valid driver’s license / clean driving record Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Competencies: Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills Exceptional customer service skills Technical knowledge Strong organizational skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team Customer focused Problem-solving skills What can we offer you? This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
